With over 20 years of experience, Linda’s practice focuses on the use and protection of trademarks, developing trademark filing strategies, and the clearance of trademarks for use and registration. She also has significant experience in filing and prosecuting trademark applications and managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios. Linda advises clients on enforcement matters, including those related to domain name disputes, along with providing cease and desist communications. Linda also has experience in drafting and negotiating trademark licensing agreements, patent licensing agreements, intellectual property asset purchase agreements, business development agreements, technology licensing agreements, and consulting agreements. She also advises on the preparation of Notices of Opposition and motions in trademark opposition matters before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. As a registered U.S. patent attorney, Linda also provides clients with guidance on aspects of design patent protection and enforcement.
